I called and spoke with Colin and was told to send a text to get on the schedule for an estimate. Have yet to hear back. Too bad. They have great reviews, and I was looking forward to the possibility of working with them, but having experienced too many poor communication issues with contractors in the past, that is a big red flag for me.

I called Elite Roofing after a windstorm blew off shingles. Tristan came out the same day and returned later to fix my roof. Really responsive, great work, and obviously very knowledgeable. If my roof ever needs repair or replacement, I’m calling Elite again. I absolutely recommend them. Great experience.

Elite Roofing was the best contractor I have ever used. They helped us with a large hail insurance claim with roofing, painting, gutters, fencing, and garage doors. Our home, barns, and gazebo all got new roofs, paint/stain, and exterior doors were replaced. They dealt with the insurance company to make sure they were covering things. Colin and team were in and out in 2 days on the roofs for a big house and two barns. Highly professional, friendly, responsive, and the best roof and hail damage company I could have found. Our house was hit by a hail storm back in June 2023. Our neighbor had their roof replaced and recommended I speak with Colin (owner) at Elite Roofing & Restoration. Colin worked with our insurance company and got the following replaced: Roof, garage doors, gutters, fascia re-painted and a new fence. Our favorite part of the roof replacement are the metal valleys. If you want your roof to pop, make sure to ask Colin about all the benefits of installing metal valleys. It was an absolute pleasure working with Colin! He is an expert in the roofing industry and the service he and Tristan provided was outstanding! We are so happy with the results and highly recommend Elite Roofing & Restoration for any future roofing project.

We selected Elite Roofing after doing research on local businesses who service the Dripping Springs and surrounding areas. Colin and team did a great job on the front end in explaining the process, meeting with the adjuster, and helping us select the new materials. We got everything schedule for the tear down and replacement. If you haven’t had your roof replaced before get ready…it’s noisy, expect minor damage, and it’s very messy. Some damage is unavoidable but what I appreciated was Colin listening to our complaints and making it right. After the roof, gutters, and garage doors were installed we are very happy with the way things looked. The crews that Elite works with for garage doors and gutters were great. To summarize, we did not have a flawless experience with Elite, but I would recommend them in a heart beat because they stand by their work, are obsessed with customer satisfaction and will go the extra country mile to make things right.

Had a leak in my roof and called for estimate in he middle of the day . When I came at 5 Tristan was there to patch my roof . No need of a contract or guarantee of getting the job .

Thankfully, all we needed was a mild repair and I really appreciate his honesty with his estimate whereas other roofing companies would likely have added additional services and replacement that we did not need. Elite Roofing replaced my roof after the recent hail storm. Colin Hald is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the roofing business, knows and works well with all of the area insurance agencies, and most importantly, understands good old fashion customer service. He works hard to insure that the homeowner is thoroughly satisfied, or the job's not done yet. His crew was extremely professional, they went over and above to see that our landscaping was protected during the unavoidably messy tear-off process, and when the new roof was in place, took the extra time to insure that there was absolutely nothing left behind for us to deal with. I still haven't found so much as one nail left for the mower tire to collect. They use the very best materials, their pricing is quite fair, and they got the job done in a single day, working from dawn until it was beginning to get dark. I have worked with with a number of very capable roofers, on three different homes, and in my experience, Colin and his guys delivered the best bang for the buck, and were the easiest to work with by far. I am 100% comfortable saying that if you don't give Elite Roofing the opportunity to bid on your next roofing job, you will have done yourself an epic disservice. They are, quite simply, the best roofing company Central Texas has to offer.

I want to give a huge shout out to Colin Hald and his Elite Roofing and Restoration Company! We had our old metal roof completely destroyed in a hail storm. Colin and his company gave us the best bid overall and did a wonderful job! I cannot recommend them more strongly. They took off and hauled away the old roof and gutters, put on solid sheeting and ice and water shield throughout, and put the new roof on all within a week. It looks amazing. I also had to have some spray foam insulation done and Colin handled that as well - he had the company there exactly when they needed to be so no time was lost. The gutters were installed by Austin Custom Gutters. They also took pride in their work - the gutters look amazing and I would definitely recommend them as well. Colin is a caring person and a great communicator. He made himself available through the entire process and made sure it was done right. You cannot go wrong by hiring Colin and Elite Roofing.

Having to deal with insurance and getting a new roof generally sucks. We had to go through the process last year and went with Elite based on online recommendations. It was painless and seamless. They dealt with the insurance when they tried to lowball us and their communication was great. The roof looks beautiful and the follow up from Colin and Tristan has been terrific. After we got our roof done two neighbors across the street got theirs done with Elite based on my recommendation/experience. I feel it is necessary to share it with others because finding a reputable roofing company can be a daunting task, and I can relate to this. Please see my letter below and reach out to me with any questions. Hey Colin, I wanted to reach out regarding Tristan and express my absolute appreciation of this fine young man. He has truly represented your company with great distinction and exceptionalism. This is NO joke. I sincerely believe his work ethic buries 99% of the people from his generation. I must commend you as well because I know you saw great potential and took him under your wing. You have done a fine job teaching him about your business and customer service as well as holding him accountable; however, integrity, work ethic, personal drive, and self motivation cannot be taught. Either you have them or not, and Tristan clearly has all of it. His responsiveness to an issue is second to none. As you know, we had a little mishap occur with the vents and inability to use our clothes dryer. After reaching out to Tristan on a Saturday morning regarding our issue, he was at my home within 25 minutes. He had a 2-man crew at the house 45 minutes later, and the situation was fixed within an hour of their arrival. WHAT DO YOU SAY TO THAT?!?!?!?!? I challenge ANYONE to find a company who will respond, on a SATURDAY mind you, with the same exigency AND resolve the issue. Simply, you will not find one because they will push you off until Monday. They already received their money, so they can take their time. NOT your company. It is clear Elite Roofing lives up to its name beyond others. Heck, Tristan showed up, by himself, on a Friday at 6:00 p.m., in order to pick up the old gutters in my front yard. And, it was his girlfriend's birthday. I'm still aggravated at him for not telling me because I would have prevented him from showing just to spend the time with her. I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Restoration to anyone in need of a new roof. I was referred to them by the Dripping Springs Neighbors page on Facebook, and I am glad I contacted them. Colin Hald, the owner of Elite Roofing and Restoration, came to my house to survey the roof damage and to determine if I had a valid insurance claim. He was very thorough and professional, and he explained everything to me in detail. He was also very patient with my questions and concerns. Once Colin determined that I had a claim, he met the insurance adjuster to show him the hail damage. He even came out to my house 15 minutes before the adjuster arrived and chalked up the roof to highlight the damaged areas. Working with the adjuster, they determined that I needed a new roof, including new gutters and window screens. They even surveyed the metal roof on my workshop. After working with Colin on shingle choices, the tear-off and replacement was scheduled. The new roof was installed in one day, and the gutters went on a couple of days later. Elite also provided the gutters. I upgraded the window screen to solar screens, but I used a separate provider for that. The new roof, gutters, and window screens gave the house a facelift. My wife and I are very happy with the results! Colin was easy to work with throughout the entire process. He promptly answered my phone calls, texts, and emails. He was also very responsive to any of my concerns. I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Restoration to anyone in need of a new roof. They are a professional and reliable company that provides high-quality work.
