Get your bids, then bring us the one you like. If it is a legitimate estimate for a comparable roofing system, Next Gen Roofing & Construction will do our best to meet or beat it. You end up with the price you found and the certified installation, real warranty coverage, and local accountability you were hoping came with it.
What qualifies
- Written and itemized: an official estimate that lists scope and materials. Verbal quotes and handwritten notes do not qualify.
- A qualified, insured competitor: the bid must come from a legitimate local roofing company carrying the insurance the work requires.
- Comparable scope and materials: apples to apples. We will not match a builder grade three tab quote against a Class 4 premium architectural shingle system, and we will tell you plainly when two bids are not describing the same roof.
